I-OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL
School calendar Each week has 28 hours of class spread over four days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. The regulatory vacation periods have been designed to respect both official French holidays and Thai New Year's Day.
Schedules
Families are reminded of the obligation to strictly respect schedules in the interest of all. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (lunch break
11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.), for nursery and primary school from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Canteen
A canteen service is provided. Meals are taken on site. THE
Canteen fees are not included in school fees. A packed lunch can be brought and left by parents in the canteen. Students are required to eat their meals in the school canteen, at
the exception of certain middle and high school students against parental discharge
or with the exception of a medical certificate justifying a diet
particular food.
II-ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION
Registration with the CNED for middle and high school remains optional
and registration fees are the responsibility of the parents. The Constitution
CNED files must be centralized with our
establishment and help will be offered to you regarding the constitution
files.
Admission is made by completing a registration form, accompanied by the following supporting documents: - Photocopy of the family record book or birth certificate. - Photocopy of the child's and parents' passports. - 2 photos of identity.- Child's school record book. Registration fees must be paid on the same day, without receipt of these, the place cannot be guaranteed. Registration fees are valid for the entire school year and non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. A deposit corresponding to one month of tuition is also required upon registration for monthly payments. Please note: Tuition fees do not include other fees
linked to passing the Baccalaureate and Brevet des Collèges exams
as well as travel, accommodation and meal costs to get to
to the tests.
III- PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The method of payment will be determined at the start of the year at the convenience of each parent: (annual, quarterly, monthly). Payment of invoices for tuition and fees
canteen will be payable within 7 days after the date
issue of the invoice. This will be given to parents either directly by hand or sent by email on the 25th of each month. In the event of justified absence, the amount of the meal may be deducted from the
following month on condition of having notified the school the day before. Annual registration over 10 months: Any cessation of this before the
term of 10 months, will involve extra invoicing on the basis of a
partial registration. (See the price list).Partial registration less than 10 months: The entire amount relating to schooling will be requested upon registration.As part of year-round or partial registration, if the child
should be required to leave the educational establishment, all of the
tuition fees incurred remain due. The same would apply for any absence [even planned] during the year. Just as the school vacation period does not give right to any
deduction, the month remains due in its entirety regardless of the period
departure or arrival. Return of the deposit The deposit will not be returned in the event of interruption of schooling. From two reminders of non-payment, the deposit will not be returned.
IV-INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES
The teachers and the Director of the establishment are at the
availability of families by appointment for interviews

V-ABSENCES
When a student is absent, the family is required to inform the establishment as soon as possible. Regular attendance is obligatory until the last day of the school year. The responsibility of families in this area is engaged. Holidays taken outside official holidays are to be

VI-HEALTH
A child brought in suffering or with a fever cannot be admitted to school.

The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of damage. Chewing gum, caps, cell phones are prohibited in class. Lack of discipline, disrespect towards staff,
degradation of the material or lack of work will be sanctioned by
